Description

Sandhills Cottage is a great place for your corporate retreat or family gathering! The house features four upper-level suites that are identical except that two enjoy a view of the golf course. The two lower-level suites are twice as large, each having a private living room/dining area with a view of the golf course. There is also a spacious living room, a full kitchen for preparing meals, and a dining area for your group to enjoy.

The Space

Sandhills cottage features plenty of space for your entire group. There are 4 large bedroom suites with 2 queen beds and 2 bedroom suites with king beds. Each suite features a private, ensuite bath, closet space, a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and individual temperature control. The main living areas are open concept, so your group can feel connected wherever you are. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials that you'd need for cooking, and there is plenty of seating at the dining table to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The cozy living room centers around large windows that offer views of the golf course. The best feature of Sandhills Cottage is the wrap-around porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching golfers go by. Notes

Parking is available in front of the cottage free of charge. It can fit up to 10 cars. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking. HOUSE RULES: 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind. 2. No parties or large groups of people 3. No unregistered guests 4. Absolutely no pets/animals allowed at any time.
