Description

The Blue Ridge Cottage is the perfect location for your next family getaway, wedding party stay, or corporate retreat. This spacious house includes 6 suite style bedrooms, each with their own coded door lock. There's plenty of space for your group to relax in the common areas or gather around the conference room table. We are conveniently located next to the Governor's Inn Golf Course and less than 10 miles from downtown Chapel Hill.

The Space

The Blue Ridge Cottage is a large home that includes 6 independent suites. Each suite has either a king or 2 queen size beds and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and a separate shower. The suites also include a kitchenette complete with microwave, mini fridge and sink, individual temperature control for central heating and A/C, 42" HDTV with Time Warner Cable, and doors to both the common area and outdoors. The four upper-level suites are identical except that two enjoy a view of the golf course. The two lower-level suites are twice as large each having a private living room/dining area with a view of the golf course. The common areas include a living room with 65" UlraHDTV, full kitchen, and a dining space for your group to enjoy. There is also a conference room with a large table and plenty of seating for your use. Notes

Parking is available in front of the cottage free of charge. It can fit up to 10 cars. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking. HOUSE RULES: 1. No smoking or vaping of any kind. 2. No parties or large groups of people 3. No unregistered guests 4. Absolutely no pets/animals allowed at any time.
