Located in the Chapel Hill area of Raleigh-Durham North Carolina, the Inn at Governors Club offers 23 suites in five vacation cottages adjacent to the Governors Club clubhouse. They can be rented individually or in groups.  Two are 5,700 square feet each and are really more like lodges, two are 4-suite cottages and one has 3 suites - all overlooking a private, Jack Nicklaus-designed 27-hole golf course, that you can enjoy from the 3/4 wraparound veranda.  The Governors Club country club separately offers a perfect venue for large weddings, however, micro-weddings can be accommodated at the Inn and our cottages are perfect for corporate retreats, and family reunions.

The Inn at Governors Club is a more intimate setting than even the nicest hotel for a corporate retreat, family reunion, golf outing or wedding party. Single rooms are available for those attending sporting events at UNC, Duke or NCSU or for those who want to see what living in The Governors Club gated community is like. Guests love the room layout with central common areas that make it feel like home allowing as much privacy or camaraderie as each would prefer. The conference room on the lower level of each of the 6-suite cottages has a large mahogany table with executive leather chairs and affords unbeatable privacy for important meetings or catered meals.

Only 20 minutes away from RDU International Airport, golfers can use our cottages as a convenient location to play at many golf courses, including those at UNC, Duke, NC State, The Preserve, Chapel Ridge nearby and the Tobacco Road and the Pinehurst, which is about 60 minutes away.  We can help make arrangements for individuals or groups.
